Product Description
Inconel 718 Ring is manufactured from a precipitation-hardened nickel-based superalloy, offering exceptional mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance, and outstanding performance at both high and cryogenic temperatures.
This alloy maintains superior tensile, yield, and creep strength up to 700°C, making it an ideal choice for demanding applications in aerospace, gas turbines, oil & gas, and high-temperature industrial equipment.
The Inconel 718 ring features good weldability, excellent fatigue resistance, and stable microstructure, ensuring reliable performance under extreme pressure and thermal conditions. Customized dimensions, heat treatment conditions, and machining services are available upon request.
Key Features:
Excellent resistance to sulfide stress cracking (SSC) and chloride-induced pitting and crevice corrosion
High strength due to age-hardening (precipitation strengthening)
Resistant to oxidizing and reducing acids
Good ductility and toughness
Outstanding corrosion resistance in HS, CO, and chloride environments
Typical Applications:
Oil and gas well tubulars
Valves, hangers, and subsurface safety equipment
Marine and offshore components
Chemical processing and pollution control systems
High-strength fasteners and connectors

Q1: What makes INCOLOY 925 special compared to INCOLOY 825?
A1: While both have similar corrosion resistance, INCOLOY 925 is age-hardenable, offering much higher strength, making it ideal for oilfield and high-pressure applications.
Q2: What environments can INCOLOY 925 withstand?
A2: It resists corrosion and stress cracking CO2, chlorides, and brine environments, especially in sour gas wells and subsea systems.
Q3: Can INCOLOY 925 be welded and heat treated?
A3: Yes. It can be welded using standard nickel alloy techniques and age-hardened after fabrication to restore strength.
Q4: What forms are available?
A4: Bars, rods, rings, tubes, pipes, forgings, and custom machined parts.
Q5: What certifications can be provided?
A5: All materials can be supplied with EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificates, including NACE MR0175 compliance for sour service.
A6: Yes, EN 10204 3.1 / 3.2 certificates are available, including full chemical analysis and mechanical test reports.
Q7: What is the delivery time?
A7: Usually 7-15 working days for stock materials, and 20-30 days for custom-machined or special-size rings.
Q8: Do you offer price discounts for large quantities?
A8: Yes. We provide big price discounts for bulk orders or long-term cooperation projects. Please contact us for a detailed quotation.
