HAYNES 75 alloy is a solid-solution strengthened nickel-chromium alloy known for its excellent high-temperature strength, oxidation resistance, and structural stability.
With a high chromium content and controlled carbon addition, Alloy 75 performs exceptionally well in environments up to 1175°C (2150°F).
It is widely used in gas turbine components, furnace parts, heat-treating fixtures, industrial heaters, and other applications requiring long-term strength at elevated temperatures.
The alloy also offers good fabricability and is available in strip, coil, plate, sheet, bar, and forged components.
