INCOLOY 28 (UNS N08028) is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with molybdenum and copper additions, offering excellent resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments.
It was developed to provide superior resistance to strong acids, such as sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, and to chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking.

The alloy's balanced composition of nickel, chromium, and molybdenum ensures strong performance in oxidizing and reducing media, while maintaining good mechanical strength and weldability.
