1. INCOLOY 800 (UNS N08800):

• Composition: Nickel (30-35%), Chromium (19-23%), Iron (remainder), with small amounts of carbon, manganese, silicon, and aluminum.
• Features:
  • Excellent resistance to high-temperature oxidation and carburization.
  • Good mechanical properties and structural stability at elevated temperatures.
  • Commonly used in heat exchangers, furnace equipment, and nuclear steam generator tubing.

2. INCOLOY 800H (UNS N08810):

• Composition: Similar to INCOLOY 800 but with higher carbon content (0.05-0.10%) to improve creep and stress-rupture properties.
• Features:
  • Enhanced high-temperature strength compared to INCOLOY 800.
  • Ideal for equipment in the petrochemical industry operating at temperatures above 600°C.

3. INCOLOY 825 (UNS N08825):
