INCOLOY 800HT (UNS N08811) is a high-temperature nickel-iron-chromium alloy specifically engineered for excellent creep rupture strength, oxidation resistance, and structural stability under prolonged high-temperature service.
Compared with INCOLOY 800 and 800H, Alloy 800HT features controlled carbon, aluminum, and titanium contents, which significantly improve its creep resistance and grain stability at temperatures up to 1100°C.
It performs reliably in oxidizing, carburizing, and nitriding atmospheres, making it a preferred material for furnace components, petrochemical processing, heat exchangers, and power-generation equipment.
INCOLOY 800HT is available in plate, sheet, bar, pipe, tube, strip, and coil, supplied in solution-annealed condition with full MTC EN 10204 3.1.
