HASTELLOY C-2000 Nickel Alloy (UNS N06200) is a versatile nickel-chromium-molybdenum-copper alloy that provides outstanding resistance to both oxidizing and reducing chemical environments.
It combines the best features of HASTELLOY C-4, C-22, and C-276, offering superior resistance to a wide range of chemicals including sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, and phosphoric acid mixtures.
The addition of copper improves its resistance to sulfuric acid, while high chromium content enhances oxidation resistance.
C-2000 maintains excellent mechanical strength and structural stability in both welded and fabricated conditions, making it suitable for highly corrosive process equipment.
