Product Description

  HAYNES® 282 is a nickel-based superalloy engineered for outstanding high-temperature strength, thermal stability, and superior creep resistance in the temperature range of 650-930°C (1200-1700°F).
Designed with an optimized γ′ (gamma-prime) precipitation-hardening system, HAYNES 282 combines excellent fabricability, superior weldability, and long-term thermal stability-making it one of the most advanced alloys for modern gas turbines and aerospace engines.

The alloy is widely used in hot-section components, combustion systems, turbine cases, aerospace structural parts, industrial gas turbines, and high-temperature fasteners.
Material can be supplied as coil, strip, sheet, plate, bar, ring, forging, all with full MTC EN 10204 3.1.
